I have been where you are and it took me a long time to ask for help. Let me give you the tools that I have been given so that every angst, anger, breakup or burden doesn't result in you falling to your emotional bottom. We will work together, at your pace to acknowledge and cope with the discomfort and truth that come from looking inward. 

My style is guided by the principles of re-connection, not re-invention, conversational, not confrontational, and casual, not caviar. As a licensed therapist practicing in Lexington, Kentucky, you can expect to find the use of evidence-based practices and modalities tailored to your needs. Simply put, this is a modern, relational approach to therapy.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana. I received a master's degree in Social Work from the University of Louisville and a bachelor's degree in Social Work from Eastern Kentucky University. My experience has been diverse with practice in hospital trauma settings, dual-diagnosis clinics and outpatient settings. The therapeutic alliance is a core component to my practice. We will use this unified approach to help you take control, initiate action and develop the passion and perseverance to achieve your goals.
